Downtown Chambersburg Inc. (DCI) serves as a liaison between the downtown businesses and the Borough of Chambersburg. In 2019, we worked with Borough staff and Town Council on updating it's Open Container Law for public events on public property. We also advocated for change to food safety enforcement and changes to the sign ordinance.

We also advocate for more funding for the Commonwealth's Keystone Community Program and more tax credits for the Historic Preservation and Neighborhood Assistance Program.
